Merry Christmas and a happy holidays to one and all. This year has been a brilliant one for the SHIVER team and we're here to close out the year with a bang.
One big achievement this year was SHIVER's Patreon. Launching a whopping 36+ stories, case files, ambient soundtracks and more. This year has been truly incredible for the Parable Games team. We've welcomed new team members, attended over 30 conventions and even released our first new game since SHIVER. The terrifying Don't Play This Game which is now available to late pledge for.
We have some very exciting plans for next year which include, USA conventions, a new SHIVER expansion, new game releases and much more. Legacy Handcrafted Horror
We have our first new game since SHIVER launching this Oct 3rd on Kickstarter. Don’t Play This Game is a legacy solo rpg inspired by found footage horror, curses, and infectious terror.
The game goes beyond the tabletop, encouraging players not just to record their experience in a journal but to immerse themselves in it. Taking photos, creating artifacts, and exploring the world around them.
Once you’ve played a story, you can pass it on. Either to yourself with a new character, or cursing your friends to continue your tale.
