It Is Done!

Huzzah, US & EU shipping is now complete. Tracking is now available via Backerkit! We thank you all for your patience and also for the kind messages ands social posts we’ve been seeing praising the books quality, style, and other lovely words!

Quick Shipping Update

Hi Folks,

We’ve seen a few comments about wanting a quick updatee on shipping for EU and US/NA backers. 

EU shipmenrs have almost entirely been processed, we expect tracking to hopefully be added to these next week.

US fulfilment is taking a little longer than expected and is currently ongoing. We will have updates here when we have further information. We are hoping to have this resolved completely over the next couple of weeks. 

On the communication front we apologise for missing messages and comments on the Kickstarter. We have changed our settings on our notifications so fhat the team can try and respond quicker to queries on this platform as well as others. 

As always we appreciate your feedback and support and can’t wait fornyou all to enjoy playing SHIVER Gothic!

US and EU shipping underway!

Orders queued and shipping now!

Hi Backers, apologies for the delay on this update, As some of you may know we had our two largest conventions in the UK on back to back weekends over the past two weeks so the team has been completely swamped (especially as we picked up some lovely recommendations in the UK game media). But the good news is, fulfilment is in progress for all remaining Gothic Pledges!

Shipment has started and will continue over the next week or so. Once it has all been completed we will be updating tracking numbers on Backerkit so don’t worry too much if you don’t see any update for the next week or two.

I know previously we had some confusion with contact for missed parcels as the deliveries were labelled with the point of origin being our fulfilment providers. 

For both EU and US backers we are using Bridge Fulfilment so if you received a missed parcel note or contact from them it is likely to be your pledge from us!

Once again I want to thank you for your patience and we can’t wait to see lovely pictures on the internet as books make it into players hands. We’re unbelievably proud of this project but could not have achieved it without your support!

US & EU Fulfilment Update

US & EU Fulfilment Update

Hi Folks, Barney here from the Parable Games team with a quick update on what is happening with the US and EU shipping. I mentioned in our last update that we were having a slight port issue that was causing delays and that we were expecitng this to be resolved for shipping in time for the end of April.

Unfortunately this roadblock has lasted a little longer than we anticipated and a couple of the components for the Kickstarter have not managed to get through to our fulfilment team yet. We were holding off on an update as we thought we may be able to squeak through in time but we have now passed the point where if the issue is resolved the fulfilment centres won’t have time to get the pledges out.

Sadly as a result of this we will be pushing back our fulfilment estimate fo US and EU to the end of May. By then we are hoping to have resolved these outstanding issues. Although we are still ahead of our original target of shipping July this year we apologise for these delays and are very excited to get books into your hands very soon!
